A law firm can’t post a photo of today’s buns. Most of what the firm works on is confidential, and its marketing is subject to its own rules. Yet the firm still needs to be seen – and trust is the only thing that sells.
Built for law firms
Kintra Legal is based on conversations with law firms of different sizes, from large firms to local offices with only a few staff. That led to three profiles: firms working with businesses, firms working with private clients, and local firms that do a bit of everything. The channels differ too – LinkedIn for those working with businesses, Facebook for those meeting private clients.
For legal, a person always reads every text before it is delivered. That’s a deliberate choice.
What the test showed
The firms that tested have used the system for four weeks. The feedback was that the texts hit the mark to a very high degree. The most important lesson came from an unexpected place: the questions clients actually ask are excellent raw material. So we’re now building a question bank into the portal – for every industry, not just legal.
When
Kintra Legal has been tested, but we won’t launch it until it’s ready. We’ll be back here when it’s time.
