45–50 questions about your business that only you can answer. Most of it takes half an hour the first time, and everything is saved as you write. Four times a year we ask you to review what has changed.

STEP 03 · WE WRITE

The whole month ready on the 1st

Ten posts, two a week. We choose photos from the bank and write a post to each one — full length, adapted to channel and season. Every text is read by us before it goes out. A photo that was used recently gets a rest.

Something happening mid-month? Add the photo under Events and write a line about what it’s about. The text is ready within 24 hours on weekdays — up to five times a month.

Copy, paste, done

What people usually ask.

How many photos do we need?

There’s no minimum. Start with the ones you have — the bank grows over time, and that’s how it’s meant to work. If a category has no photos yet, we simply write less about it until you’ve added some.

What is an event post?

A post about something that can’t wait until next month — some news, an event, a new member of staff, a particularly good day. Add the photo in the portal and write a line about what it’s about. The text is ready within 24 hours on weekdays. Start includes up to five a month.

Do the photos have to be professional?

No. Everyday phone photos work best. They’re exactly what shows that it’s you.

Do you use stock photos or AI images?

Never. Every post is built on a photo you added yourselves.

How long does the fact bank take?

About half an hour the first time. You don’t have to do it all at once — everything is saved as you write, and any questions you skip we’ll take next time.

What happens if we cancel?

The texts are yours. The notice period is one month: if you cancel, you pay the current billing period and one more, then you’re done. After that you can read and download everything in the portal for 90 days.

Is payment secure?

Yes, via Stripe. No card details are stored with us.
