There’s no minimum. Start with the ones you have — the photo bank grows over time. A photo that was used recently gets a rest, and new photos show up in next month’s content.
If something happens that can’t wait until next month — some news, an event, a new member of staff — you add the photo in the portal and write a line about what it’s about. The text is ready within 24 hours on weekdays. Light includes two a month.
Just tell us — we adjust the tone or focus based on your feedback. You only publish what you want to.
No. Add photos when it suits you, and the posts are ready in the portal on the 1st of every month. Four times a year we ask you to review the fact bank. That’s the whole job.
The texts are yours. The notice period is one month: if you cancel, you pay the current billing period and one more, then you’re done. After that you can read and download everything in the portal for 90 days. No further payments are taken, and you can come back whenever you like on the same terms.
Of course you can — and it probably works if you have time every week. The difference is that we do the whole job for you: we keep track of your photos and facts, follow the seasons and local events, and deliver the whole month ready on the 1st. It’s not the technology — it’s the rhythm and the memory.
