The terms that apply between you and SeniorPartner Sverige AB (org.nr 559578-0460), which runs Kintra. Version 1.2 · October 2026.
This is an English translation. If the English and Swedish versions differ, the Swedish version applies.
These terms apply between Kintra and the company that has taken out a subscription to the service (the "Customer"). The terms are accepted when the Customer completes payment for the subscription. The person who takes out the subscription confirms that the Customer is a business and that they have the right to enter into the agreement on the company’s behalf.
The service is intended for businesses only. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) do not apply.
If the parties have signed a separate agreement, it takes precedence over these terms to the extent that they conflict.
A free sample delivery is not a subscription and creates no obligation to pay.
Kintra delivers suggested content for social media, produced from the material the Customer has provided in the portal (fact bank, question bank, photos and calibration).
The content is made available in the portal to the extent set out in the chosen plan. The Customer publishes it themselves.
Kintra does not publish on the Customer’s behalf, does not manage the Customer’s social media accounts, and has no access to them.
The service is a marketing tool. It does not constitute legal advice, auditing, financial advice or any other advice within the Customer’s own field of business.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing every text before it is published. Kintra publishes no content automatically.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the material provided in the portal is correct and up to date, and that the Customer has the right to provide it.
The Customer is responsible for the photos uploaded: that the Customer has the right to use them, that the necessary consent has been obtained from people who can be identified, and that the photos do not disclose anything covered by a duty of confidentiality or secrecy.
Texts and additions that the Customer writes or changes in the portal are the Customer’s own material. Kintra is not responsible for them.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that what the Customer publishes complies with the rules that apply to the Customer’s profession or industry, including rules on marketing, professional titles and confidentiality.
The Customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure and for what is done through the Customer’s account.
Kintra shall deliver content to the agreed extent and with the care that can be expected of a professional supplier.
Before delivery, Kintra checks that every text can be traced back to the material the Customer has provided. Kintra does not check, and cannot check, whether the material itself is correct.
Kintra is not responsible for the legal or factual accuracy of the content. Only the Customer can make that assessment.
Kintra gives no guarantees of results. The service includes no promises of reach, number of followers, enquiries, sales or any other effect of published content.
Kintra is not liable for indirect loss. Indirect loss includes, among other things, loss of profit, lost turnover, lost or missed customers, loss of expected benefit, damage to reputation, loss of data and claims made against the Customer by third parties.
Kintra’s total liability for direct loss is limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event that caused the loss.
The limitations in 5.1 and 5.2 do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence on Kintra’s part, nor to the extent that mandatory law provides otherwise.
Claims must be made in writing within three months of the Customer becoming aware, or when the Customer should have become aware, of the loss; otherwise the right to make the claim is lost.
Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms are run by other companies. Kintra has no influence over them.
Kintra is not responsible if a platform changes its terms or features, restricts or suspends the Customer’s account, removes content, or changes how content is shown and spread.
The Customer is personally bound by each platform’s terms of use.
The Customer owns the material the Customer has provided — fact bank, question bank and photos — and retains ownership of it.
The Customer receives a full and unrestricted right to use the content Kintra has delivered. The right applies without time limit and continues after the agreement has ended.
Kintra owns the service, the portal, the content model and the working method behind it — including the profile structure, content pillars, weighting, question sets and method. No right to any of this passes to the Customer.
Kintra may freely use comments, changes and suggestions for improvement that the Customer provides in order to develop the service. Such contributions give the Customer no ownership, licence, option or compensation, regardless of their extent.
Kintra may use the Customer’s name and logo as a reference only after the Customer’s written approval.
To the extent that Kintra processes personal data on the Customer’s behalf, the Customer is the controller and Kintra the processor.
A separate Data Processing Agreement governs the processing and takes precedence over these terms in that respect.
The Customer may at any time request an extract of everything the Customer has entered, and request erasure. Erasure is carried out within 30 days and cannot be undone.
The Customer shall not enter information about individual cases or clients, or any other information covered by a duty of confidentiality. The portal is not intended for such information.
Kintra aims for the portal to be available around the clock, but gives no guarantee of any particular level of availability.
Planned maintenance is announced when possible and is primarily scheduled outside office hours.
Interruptions to the portal do not affect Kintra’s obligation to deliver the month’s content, but may delay the time of delivery.
The subscription starts on the day payment is completed and runs until further notice.
The price is stated on kintra.se when the subscription is taken out. All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is added in accordance with applicable law.
The fee is paid in advance by card, one billing period at a time. A billing period is one month and starts on the same date as the subscription was taken out. Payment is handled by Stripe and is charged automatically at the start of each period. Kintra stores no card details. A receipt is sent to the Customer’s e-mail.
The lock-in period is set per market. In the Nordic countries there is no lock-in period. In other markets — New Zealand, Australia, the USA, South America and the EU outside the Nordic countries — a twelve-month lock-in period applies.
Cancellation is made in writing by e-mail to info@kintra.se. The notice period is one billing period: the subscription ends at the end of the billing period following the period in which the cancellation was received. Example: if the subscription was taken out on the 15th and the cancellation arrives on 3 October, the periods 15 September–14 October and 15 October–14 November are paid, and the subscription ends on 14 November. Kintra confirms the cancellation in writing. Delivery continues as usual during the notice period.
Fees paid are not refunded, either for the current billing period or for the notice period.
If a charge does not go through, Kintra reminds the Customer. If the fee is still unpaid 14 days after the reminder, Kintra may pause delivery and suspend access to the portal until payment has been made. Content already published is not affected.
Kintra may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail. The Customer may then cancel the subscription with effect from the day the new price takes effect, notwithstanding the notice period.
When the agreement ends, the Customer keeps everything already delivered and published. The Customer’s material can be read and downloaded in the portal for 90 days after the agreement ends. After that it is deleted.
Kintra may change these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by e-mail and in the portal.
If the Customer does not accept a material change, the Customer may terminate the agreement with effect from the day the change takes effect, notwithstanding any lock-in period.
Swedish law applies, without application of its conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes shall in the first instance be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
If no solution is reached, the dispute shall be decided by the general courts, with Värmland District Court as the court of first instance.
For customers outside the Nordic countries — New Zealand, Australia, the USA, South America and the EU outside the Nordic countries — separate terms with local choice of law and forum apply. These terms otherwise apply to the extent they are compatible with mandatory local law.
