Privacy & personal data.

How Kintra handles personal data — what we collect, why, where it is stored and what rights you have. Version 1.0 · October 2026.

In short

1. Who is responsible

The controller is SeniorPartner Sverige AB (org.nr 559578-0460), Koppomsvägen 48, 673 37 Koppom, which runs Kintra. Questions about personal data should be sent to info@kintra.se.

For the personal data contained in the material you yourselves enter in the portal — for example photos of staff — you are the controller and Kintra is the processor. This is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

2. What data we process

When you order a free sample

Industry, type of business, website, e-mail address, what you write in the free-text field and — for Start — the photos you attach.

When you are a customer

When you contact us

What you write in the contact form or in e-mails to us.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

4. How long we keep the data

5. Subcontractors

We use a small number of carefully selected suppliers. They may only process data in order to perform their part of the service.

Some of the suppliers are American companies, and data may therefore be processed outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Write to info@kintra.se. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

7. Cookies

How we use cookies is described on the Cookies page.

8. Changes

If the policy changes in a way that affects you, we will tell you by e-mail and in the portal. The latest version is always available on this page.
